DescriptionThe project was carried out with a purely conservative design approach, considering the architectural limitation on the Art Nouveau villa. The characteristic elements of the original building, such as the design of the balconies and the shape of the roof, have been maintained, enhancing the decorative details that characterize the façades and the interior spaces. The project involves both the adaptation of the interior and exterior distribution spaces, through the restoration of the decorative layout of the façade, the replacement of the roof covering and the restoration of the windows and balconies.
