Norberto Vairano graduates with a degree in Architecture in 1990 from the school of Architecture at Politecnico of Turin, completing a thesis on Restoration. After having obtained the qualification to practice, he enrolls as a member of the Order of Architects of the Province of Turin

During his formative years he collaborates with a number of professionals such as Andrea Bruno, Norberto Vairano Senior and Ettore Cometto. In 1992 he does an apprenticeship in the studio of architect Oscar Niemeyer in Brasil. By the end of the year he is appointed manager of the restoration team at Cofra Firm of Turin, with whom he works together in the political-technical delegation for the development of Italy-Libya bilateral trade relations.

In 1995 he establishes Vairano Architecture Studio taking on projects such as the conservation of public and private buildings, custom residential design, public places, urban design and exhibit design.

Over the course of his career Norberto Vairano grounds his professional experience in the restoration of designated heritage sites through collaborations with both the Cultural Heritage Sector of the Piedmont Region, and as president of the Building Commission of the Municipality of Poirino and of the Landscape Commission of the Municipalities of Collegno and Grugliasco.
